Merry Christmas

We had a rather slow start to today after last night's festivities. Finally got the boys up around 10ish to open presents before we starting getting ready for lunch.

Let's just say we are very grateful for all that we've received and there are some very happy people in this house! Also grateful for the time we were able to spend with dear friends over a fabulous meal, prepared by Martin again.

This ginormous bottle Martin's holding was given to us today by one of our friends. I think we'll have to have a few more people to enjoy it with. It's a BIG one! Photo taken by same friend and the only picture of the four of us today.

We're both pretty exhausted after two days of entertaining but have thoroughly enjoyed being with our friends in the absence of our beloved families.
