Just add cheese

..... and a glass of wine and you have the perfect brunch. This isn't bread that has been baked in our house, but is a sourdough loaf baked by someone who has a bread stall on Norwich market.

One of my favourite things to do is to cycle home from the city centre with my bike basket full of bread, cheese and flowers. Makes me feel quite the european.

The household gift this year was a copy of 'Eat' by the lovely Nigel Slater. Wonderful.

And for the first time in what felt like forever I had a good night's sleep last night. Perfect.
