Phnom Penh in the morning

I took this picture at 6:45, it was already bustling outside. It sure makes it easier to wake up when it's warm and sunny! I ate some fried noodles with a fried egg for breakfast, from the market down the road.

Using dollars and riel interchangeably is really confusing but I think I'm getting it. It's 4,000 riel to $1. My meal was about $2.
