Walking in the Air

I've created the most retro, kitsch Christmas cake in my baking history this evening. It's not quite so retro inside: it's a chocolate mint cake. We had a fairly quiet day delivering cards and doing bits of baking and food prep. The girls watched loads of movies. We visited my dad and some old neighbours of ours too, which was nice. The girls have gone to bed now incredibly excited about tomorrow!
