Weihna!

So, back to blip after an extended delay!

A lot has happened since I last blipped; I had some wicked holidays skiing, committed to (and finished) an Ironman Triathlon, Zach passed away, assisted some friends riding at Blair Atholl, Sarah and I started looking for a house plot..and as we are approaching Christmas I was feeling a bit down about the fact that this would be my first ever Christmas (in my almost 25 years) without a dog in the house.

So after much deliberation, Sarah and I decided to take the plunge and get a pup now rather than waiting until next summer when we hope to have our house sorted. We've spent a lot of time researching and speaking to people etc. and after lots and lots and lots of deliberation we eventually decided we would go for it!

So here is Weihna (as in Weihnachten - German for Christmas), a German Wirehaired Pointer bitch, 12 weeks old today! She's an absolute joy and I can't wait to see what fun we have with her over the next however many years!

And I thought what better way to document that journey than through blip. Se here we go again!
