Rocky had been missing from home since Saturday evening, and we were beginning to give up hope of finding him. He came back this afternoon, very cold, subdued and bedraggled. Our lovely vets stayed late on Christmas Eve whilst we took him up for them to check him over. We have no idea where he has been, but doesn't appear to be hurt, just in need of some food and warmth. The vet gave him an antibiotic and painkilling injection to make sure he was ok over Christmas. He has had a little bit to eat, and is fast asleep next to the radiator.
