Traditions

This is not a burnt turkey.
This a roasted duck and not any old duck, but a Peking Duck.
Every year, on Christmas eve, I make Peking Duck, which is as easy as falling off a chair, especially if you have been drinking.
We eat it with tortilla wraps because I have not mastered the art of making the rice pancakes that go with it.
This is one of the nicest traditions I know, because it involves eating.
