He's behind me, isn't he …?
After a blood test appointment this morning, we did a circuit of Damflask Reservoir - the closest of the many reservoirs in our part of the country. It couldn't have been more different from yesterday - sunshine and blue skies - but the water pouring in from streams and overflowing drainage channels was a reminder of the recent weather. It's always a good spot for the common little birds - assorted tits, robins, dunnocks, nuthatches etc.
I'm aware that not everyone is as fortunate with the weather as us at the moment, and I hope my blip friends, especially those in Scotland manage to have a safe, dry and warm Christmas, and that anyone who has been travelling today, or trying to, has reached their destination safely.
It'll be a quiet day for us tomorrow, just the two of us. Maybe another walk, then our traditional duck.
