Ebb and Flow

Wagtails along with Wrens are difficult birds to photograph as they move so quickly, this one was very active looking for food on the ebb and flow of the waves. I was struggling to keep the camera steady in the wind. We are being battered by gale after gale at the moment, proper winter here!
