Ice and ice and more ice

Christmas - the time when the snow is deep and crisp and even.
Except it's not! It's all disappearing as temperatures stay above zero. Actually it's not disappearing, it's turning into ice and the weather forecast is for near freezing rain.  
I moved to Sweden 30+ years ago to get away from this weather but global warming seems to have delivered it direct to mid Sweden this year.
This is not funny.
