Post dinner party

I laid on a dinner party this evening for four guests as a farewell thankyou. I had one or two technical hitches with the food but the result was ok. We had a lovely evening. My kitchen looked like a bomb had hit it afterwards though! Thankfully most went in the dishwasher.

It was then time to think of a blip. I realised today that I have done 25 consecutive indoor blips (the four that look outdoors were taken through the window so I think they count as indoor) I really must get out more!!! It has been an unusual month. I look forward to getting back to photographing landscapes and nature etc in the new year.

What to blip today, given that it was 10.30pm? Well there were five of us for dinner and, inspired by other blips I've seen, I decided to try the forks I had just washed. The star was ok but I decided it was lacking something. I had a play with photoshop elements Distort>Twirl and quite liked the abstract view of the forks. I couldn't decide which to post, the star is like a Christmas decoration (come on, use your imagination!) but I liked the abstract, so I decided to include both. Hope you like them.
