Illuminating.....

I know that people get frazzled at this time of year...that time seems to fly by...and that things can be a little stressful on occasion......

But is there any need to come running into a pharmacy, and upon seeing a huge queue of people, all waiting patiently to be served, waltz up to the front and say, 'I need this now. My car's on a yellow line.' ?

And then, when it's explained politely and pleasantly that there a few people in front of you, and you'll be seen to as soon as possible, is it really necessary to call the poor assistant a 'f***ing jobsworth' and announce that you're going to have us all fired?
