LIGHT

Haven't heard from Neil but I think he is still on the journey and won't be in Melbourne yet.

The weather has been atrocious all day - constant rain and high winds. Its a good job Neil travelled down to London yesterday as I think it would have been tricky today.

I spent the day indoors and then at 5pm I went to my slimming group meeting. Only about 6 of us stayed after the weigh in - we had ( non alcoholic ) mulled wine and mince pie flavoured slimming world bars - what a treat. I lost 2½ pounds this week so in total I have now lost 3 stone 8½ pounds. I got my 3½ stone certificate. It was my goal to get this before Christmas.

The Forum Challenge today is light. So I have blipped a new addition to my Christmas decorations. Its a china Christmas tree tea light holder. At the moment it has a gingerbread tea light in it. Smells lovely.
