A little lull...

... in today's atrocious weather. Can we really expect worse tomorrow?

In the meantime, here is a little bit of evening light in old Harrogate, with the Pump Room Museum on the right of the picture. Here, unwary visitors can sample the famous sulphur waters, a major reason for visiting the town in its healing spa heyday.

On the left of the picture is Hales Bar, featured in an earlier blip.. Since then, extensive renovation work has been undertaken in the older of its two bars, uncovering interesting facets of the old inn.

I am still having to jump through too many hoops to upload entries to blip but the techies are on the case now. Fingers are well and truly crossed.
