I met this man while taking a break in a lodge. We drunk tea together and he told me was carrying, 75 kg of food, including oil, rice, pasta, biscuits and more. He walked by five hours and still probably had to do at least three. I tried to lift it but I could not even move it... he laughed!
His compensation would have been 2000 rupees, not even 20 euro.
