Finally tiles on.

Thats tiles over the second floor, second set of joists recentred, 250 screws tightening up the fixing to the joists, then some insulating boards secured with flexi tile adhesive then the undertile heating mat stapled on, then a floor leveller liquid poured over to self level, then a bed of flexi adhesive with no gaps and then....the tiles, then some grout.

This process has been very stressful. It better be worth the hassle.

Can't switch the heating on for ages yet until everything dries out naturally.

But - tiles on - 3 months ago I wouldnt have had a clue it was so involved.
