And amazing choices

When I blipped the produce produceat my local market I got such an amazing response that I thought I would show you some of the meat section goodies that they had on hand today. No rattle snake but venison, duck, kangaroo and other treats were available(if one has the pocket for it). I have mentioned that the owner is a 7th day Adventist and so there are items he won't sell. There is no pork or pork products and shellfish is entirely off his menu, too. I usually have oyster stew for Christmas eve dinner so we had to shop elsewhere for those guys And we have a nice roast planned for Christmas day. Good as I will be working both days and a turkey isn't in the crystal ball if I have to make it. My honey can and has made Turkey dinner, but who wants that hassle if a simple roast will avoid it. I hope your plans for the holiday are all coming together.
