Moonrise

Have had a couple of hours of shooting the stars without the moon.
Amazing to let my eyes adjust and be able to see the Milky Way .
Moonrise was 9.35pm and so we went back out...Corin kept me company as the wind howled around.
This is moonrise...lovely to be able to watch it on a clear horizon.

Met up with Sue and Malcolm today, which was lovely. We are very grateful to them for letting us be up here. Tomorrow, we will eat bacon butties, tidy up and clean before heading back home. It has been a wonderful start to the holidays.
