The Trial

I said I'd make the starter for Christmas dinner but haven't really been inspired. Though there was always the fallback option of Bloody Mary soup, that usually loosens everyone up nicely! Anyway, we tried this out tonight and it was pretty good and that'll be it - smoked salmon and avocado strips on cucumber straws and pea shoots with a balsamic and avocado dressing. So there!
