They're at it again

The blue tits are eating my mahonia flowers again but they have left them alone for quite a while so I don't mind too much.

Not a good day for me, I have been wrestling with gastritis for a little while now and over the last couple of days it has really ramped it up, it was so uncomfortable last night I didn't get a wink of sleep. So I have spent most of the day feeling really rough and exhausted, which is a shame because I think it's been quite a nice day outside after a huge downpour this morning. I phoned the out of hours medical service because I have never had it this badly before and I was worried I might need urgent attention, only to be told, 'take a bit more medication and go and see your GP tomorrow', so I hope I will be able to secure an emergency appointment tomorrow. I apologise in advance if I don't get round to comments as I will probably be having and early night.
