Day Break

After flying for nearly 20hrs in darkness because of the time change, it was spectacular to see the change of colour in the sky as day broke over the wing of the Airbus on our flight to Australia. I also learnt a few new Chinese dishes, I thought there was only 'Sweet and Sour' Pork!!!
