Drama under the Christmas tree!

It's been a quiet day indoors, whilst wild, wet and windy outside.

Mum shows some signs of improvement - early days yet. I've managed to eat more and been OK.

Tonight I crept back into the lounge to put out the lights on the tree, to be confronted by this sight. The angel and the snowman, who have been conducting a very private affair, had decided to elope. They had stolen Santa's sleigh and the angel was going to fly into the sky so that they could escape together.

Santa had spotted them and called in the army one knitted soldier.

Will they escape? Will the snowman melt as they get nearer to the sun? How will Santa deliver all the toys without his sleigh?
