The Shortest Day

Despite it being the shortest day I managed to tidy make a working space in the kitchen, make a pan of soup, marzipan the cake and make the gingerbreads.

Earlier I had dodged the rain and delivered Christmas cards by hand to neighbours past and present then came back through the park to find a blip but it was such a grey day decided this silhouette of a hogweed seedhead would have to do.
