Roseburn Cycle Path

The Roseburn Path is part of the North Edinburgh Cycle network. The sun hardly hits the path here. In summer, the sun is obscured by leaves from the trees. In winter, the sun is too low.

In Spring, it is magical. The sun warms the slopes to waken first the wild garlic, then other woodland flowers, including clumps of daffodils and bluebells, before the trees waken and the path disappears beneath a canopy of green.
