017-365 'Carafe'

Evening all,

Been a funny day today. Started out ok, but this afternoon after I got back from swimming with Joe, I felt suddenly very upset. Been in a pretty foul mood since then to be honest and I can feel myself bottling things up - which is not good.

I knew things would be difficult these next few weeks - added to that the fact I have not smoked in well over a week . . . . . !! However, I am quietly proud of myself that I have not given in to temptation, and have just been 'tooting' on my inhalator!! Mum would be pleased, so that makes me a little happier!!

Only a few days to go before the big day - kids are excited, though the eldest not too happy this evening as I have banned her from her laptop for the rest of the evening!! She is on it too much!!
