Celery

We think this is a celery jar, but we have never put celery in it.

Someone posted some rather fine lilies yesterday and I pointed out to her how poisonous some lilies are to cats. Apparently they barely need to touch them to be affected. I wondered if other people knew about this, I'm not sure it's common knowledge. I found this out by accident the other day. I'll be more careful about buying people lilies in the future.

We don't have any cats in the house, although there are a few wild ones around the barns.
