Festive Afternoon Tea

Instead of a Christmas meal with my work colleagues we decided to go for a festive afternoon tea for a change. It was lovely. Lots of Christmas flavours to the food. Mulled wine and mince pies to welcome us when we first arrived. Lots of cranberry in the sandwiches and stollen, part of the sweet goodies. We were even served by one of our own students (we all work in a university library). When we couldn't eat anymore, doggie boxes were provided for us to share out the remaining goodies for home consumption!!

We went to Crewe Hall, near Crewe (of course!)
