Farewell to Aberdeen...

...we're not off quite yet, but this is the last year we'll see this amazing display in Ashgrove Road, an Aberdonian Institution. It's the work of one man (and, I suspect, his extremely tolerant wife) who puts this labour of love on every December, working hard to keep it current (Peppa Pig has been added, for example). They collect for charity, and raise quite a bit too. I've been driving past it every night on my way home, and I'll miss its unselfconscious good cheer.
