DIY versus getting a builder in!?!

This is the state of my bathroom this morning! Last night my husband started to take down the chimney breast. He had to remove a radiator first, and doing this some how stopped the central heating working. Following this the pipes started to leak. Luckily I need to use the loo later on and noticed that the leak had continued and got a lot worse. We went down stairs to get a mop and the water was coming through the light fitting in the kitchen and sizzling nicely. The water was turned off at source to stop the leaks.
So this morning we have no heating, no water and the chimney is still coming down! Bring on this evening, I have faith that all will back working in time for dinner!!! :)
