Sea creature

We visited Struisbaai (which I think has one of the nicest beaches to swim and walk on, miles and miles of white sand and calm waves). I had a lovely swim, and while walking on the beach, we saw this blue creature. At first I thought it was a 'bloublasie', a blue bottle, but it did not have a tail. The sea snail seemed to like nibbling on it.
