New Motor

Lenny and Tim are installing a new motor on our powered solar screen. The motor has given seven years of faithful service. It is very special and made to fit inside the screen roller. It is perhaps 2 inches in diameter and two feet long. It is very dear, costing $600 plus a service call and tax. We cannot risk having anyone decline to buy the house because of an inoperative screen.

Blustery and rainy last night with more snow on the mountains. Clouds are down to about 5,000 ft and make a dramatic image.
