Before the naughty habits start, I'm stuffing myself with the good foods. By next week it'll be all Pringles and Quality Street swilled down with snowballs and sherry. Oh boy, pass the gaviscon.

I've really enjoyed my day off with mum and Ellie. Turns out Lib and Carolyn arrive tomorrow.
