Never too late for the advent calendar!

Today Zoe and Mum filled up this very pretty wooden advent calendar - each day with a delicious chocolate from Josophans - our local and excellent chocolatier.

So obviously Zoe is here, but unable to eat, even one chocolate, which must be an agony for our little sweet tooth Zo. So, they are safe until everyone else arrives - Tom and Bob tomorrow night, and then Alex, I think, the following. There are six of us, so that is only four chocolates each.

I think we can manage those over two nights, in an accelerated Christmas anticipatory event.

In other news, Mum had a good report today from the surgeon when we went down to Sydney. The tumour was grade 2 and a little bigger than anticipated, but no chemo, just tablets starting mid January. I think that counts as an excellent result.
