An evening with BB, Jack.......

.......and Mr Drambuie

We were back at the Filmhouse tonight to see a rather the special film The King of Marvin Gardens, shown as part of the Jack Nicolson Season.

You forget how good an actor he was when he was young, none of the eyebrow raising, high jinks campery that we see now but a quiet understated dignity.

Great film......

.....and we got a free Hot Toddy. Just the job on a cold dark night winters night......

...and the Usher Hall looked nice too.
