nearly there!

a bloke in a frock is being chased by a cow. Yep, we're at panto time which means we are soooo very nearly near the end of term.
We had a smashing day today, making Christmas cards (tho' not enough glitter for my liking) then carol singing at the local supermarket to raise money for ActionAid. The kids did a great job and raised loads of money. I don't think we get to hear carol singing so much these days and the cute little faces just dared the hassled shoppers to walk past if they could without dropping some change in.
Panto this afternoon had the kids screaming and shouting (other countries don't have this rather strange but wonderful tradition and are really missing out!) staff room packed to the ginnels with mincepies, christmas cake, chocolates and shortbread as it should be!!! Yep this really is the best week of the year to work in a primary school. ONE MORE GET UP!!!
