Hike Mount Yamnuska

12 people from the Ilab went to to Mount Yamnsuka (also called Mount John Laurie). We hiked (or better climbed) up to the very top and back again in about 7.5 hours. In our way down from the mountain top we enjoyed
Glissading.

It was a great but exhausting experience. The next day my knee hurt so much I went to the doctor. Fortunately it was nothing serious. The doctor agreed with me that "Hiking" should be called "Mountain Climbing" and Mountain Climbing Rock Climbing " instead - at least in Canada.
