The work out

Luke has five friends coming over tonight to relax, have supper and then sleep over. So with eight male teenagers in the house (well, Thomas is nearly there!) I faced the Waitrose car park again and stocked up on bacon and eggs for breakfast, and bread - lots of it! I have had a busy day, finished wrapping the last of the Christmas presents and it's NOT beginning to look feel a lot like Christmas in our house, everyone is busy and still trying to catch their breath with other things going on.

With all the washing, ironing, cleaning and meal preparation going on in our house I have not had time to look at any journals or to take any photos. It was a beautiful sunny day here and I missed the best part of it. I did manage to catch Adam having a work out - he is very keen on fitness and nutrition and is on some new workout program that apparently was used by the English actor Tom Hardy in the Dark Knight Rises!
