Crashing Waves

A fine day, blue skies and sunshine and a lot less wind! The wind was horrific through the night.

Quiet day again but plenty of behind the scenes work to be doing in the museum :)
Looking like I've got a quiet night ahead to myself too with only walkies with Sammy dog and a date with the sofa!

Lunchtime I was out and about. Down by the museum was fairly calm and a seriously high tide but on the other side of Lerwick was rough waves crashing in. I was getting plenty of snaps of the waves and even got caught in one as it crashed over me and soaked to the bone! Here at the Sletts is a great place to watch the waves rolling in but note to self, keep a better eye out on what's coming!
