Post run

Did my usual 5k run this morning, felt hard for some reason although my pace was ok.

It was breezy, cold and sunny, but there was a lot of water about after last night's bad weather. It was flowing off the fields, rivers of it down the lanes and bypassing the blocked drains and even flowing up out of some of the drains!

The advantage of black trainers- not so precious about keeping them clean!
