Kaikoura

We are spending a few days in Kaikoura. Traveled up from Christchurch after dinner. I wandered out to the beach and got this shot. Trying something new - traveling without a laptop, just an Android tablet. Used a WiFi dongle attached to the Nikon D600 whereby I can control the camera from the tablet and the image then automatically transfers to the tablet. Then paired the tablet to the phone acting as a mobile WiFi hotspot and uploaded to Blip. Isn't technology amazing?
