Frittata for Lunch

Our friend David came for lunch today, serving to alleviate my housebound state. Marylee made a superb fritatta--essentially an Italian cross between an omelette and a quiche, with potatoes as the main ingredient besides eggs.

David, a member of our bird club, is an ornithologist with whom I've collaborated on two presentations for the club (and elsewhere)--I'll try to provide links tomorrow. After eating I showed a miscellaneous bunch of images of birds and some of our travels.
