Raining Cats and Dogs

This afternoon it has poured with rain. Luckily Murphy had been out for a long walk with his nice walking lady in the morning. He apparently is very good with them and likes playing with Peter, another Welsh Terrier.

This image is taken from the car, looking at the West Gate, as we were returning from the pet shop. We have bought Murphy lots of chewy toys so that he might stop eating the living room door.

I'm sitting here writing Christmas cards and I've stopped briefly to write this.

The blackcurrant and liquorice vodka is developing nicely but the volume is reducing daily as I of course have to try it
