The Wagon Man

Does he have a home?
Is he really reading a
book? I want to know.

I see this man near Fortuna Boulevard in all weather. He is always alone. He always sits on his wagon with a book that he seems quite engrossed in. It appears that he is able to dress for the weather conditions. One day I will see him in warm clothes sitting on the lea side of a commercial sign. The next day he will be dressed for warm weather sitting in the shade. He is never far from the shopping center. I wonder where he goes at sunset.
