A quick year
Tonight was the Saltire Fellows returning from China, a master class from the CEO and founder of Genius Food. Lots of exciting stories from Boston and Shanghai and infectious shared enthusiasm for what's coming next.
It hit me that in that very room one year ago I met Joe and began this exciting journey.
Surely we can't be coming to the end of 2013 already?
...and my gluten intolerant friend managed to wangle two new pie products from the Genius team, straight from the production line.
