These boots aren't made for walkin'

I saw these recycled wellies at the craft fair yesterday and decided to go back today to blip them. I've seen boots used as planters before, but never a pair woven together like this. A creative way to recycle them! I can imagine these with two begonias or other flowers planted in them.
