Lunchtime swim, starting to get the hang of pacing myself, although my kick is still distinctly lacking in power.

Spent the working day accompanied by this 7 hour mix of drone, got through the first couple of hours so far and it's a wonderful thing to drift in and out of. Like the majority of drone it takes a bit of adjusting too and then you start to pick out little motifs in amongst the noise and the balancing silence.
