The Toy Soldier

It's been the walking group Christmas lunch today, and Kate went to so much trouble to organise a fun afternoon for everyone. She made Christmas cupcakes for us all which were a work of art, organised a secret Santa gift exchange, and bought Christmas crackers for the table.

I took photos of the cupcakes, but without the flash they were too dark, and with the flash they were too bright, and whilst I took lots of photos of the afternoon I wanted to try doing a Bokeh blip with the Christmas tree. Alan set his camera up for me as it's better than mine, and we played around with the Toy Soldier who I love and Alan hates - he says he feels like he's watching him, and follows him around the room lol!

It's getting very windy outside, but we're staying indoors - we're going to watch The Great Train Robbery on TV. It's a little coincidental seeing as Ronnie Biggs died today!
