Whose nose is out of joint?

This is an American short-hair. Or rather, it's a card model of one, designed by Nobutaka Mulouyama. I have not made it quite right. There are some bits that should be inside other bits but instead are outside, but there we are. There is also somebody in the background, if you can make him out, who is feeling threatened!
