...........in black and white. Although it is a quite a pleasant morning, the water looked very cold so I refrained from having a paddle!

Off to a pre-Christmas lunch with the local Breathe Easy Group (sufferers of COPD - of which I am one) - so am popping out to get Chocolates for the raffle.

As mentioned, the weather is ok - a bit of sun, a lot of cloud but temperature in the mid 40s F.
