A long way up

To probably misquote the Chinese philosopher Laozi "a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step".

This entrance seems to me to be so far removed from the actuality of the Scottish highlands I wonder if it isn't some sort of scam. Surely it doesn't take 5 days to get to the top of the stairs.

I know for a fact that Ben Nevis only has some stairs at the bottom and it didn't take me five days to get up and down them.
